Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 20, 2026 Last updated: October 17, 2026
This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy describes how Huanyue Wujie Intelligent Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., doing business as Vibe-Honey, handles consumer health data in connection with Vibe-honey.com and our customer support. It applies where Washington’s My Health My Data Act, Nevada’s consumer health data law, or another applicable consumer health data law governs our processing. “Consumer health data” has the meaning given by the applicable law.

1. Categories, purposes, and sources

Depending on what you choose to do, we collect information about sexual-wellness products you view, search for, buy, return, or ask us about; health, symptoms, or sexual-wellness concerns you voluntarily describe in a support request; and identifiers or transaction information linked to that information. These records constitute consumer health data when they identify or allow an inference about your health status under applicable law. A purchase does not necessarily establish a health condition or sexual orientation.
We collect this information directly from you, from your interactions with the store, and from payment, fulfillment, support, or warranty providers handling your requested transaction or assistance. We use it to provide the specific product, delivery, return, warranty, or support you request, and only for other purposes permitted by the applicable health-data law.
We do not use records that qualify as consumer health data under applicable law to infer a diagnosis or sexual orientation, create advertising audiences, or target advertising. General browsing or purchase information is subject to this restriction when it qualifies as consumer health data; information that does not qualify is addressed in our general Privacy Policy. Collection that requires consent occurs only after that consent; posting this policy or placing an order does not provide blanket consent to unrelated health-data processing.

2. Disclosures and recipients

Where necessary to provide your requested service and permitted by law, relevant product/transaction details linked to contact information may be disclosed to our e-commerce platform and hosting providers, payment providers, warehouses and delivery providers, and return or warranty providers. Relevant support content may be disclosed to the support or technical providers assisting with your request. A carrier or warehouse does not need a health-related support conversation to deliver an order.
Processors acting on our behalf are subject to appropriate contractual instructions and restrictions. To the extent a disclosure constitutes “sharing” under the applicable health-data law, we obtain separate consent unless the specific disclosure qualifies for a lawful exception, such as being necessary to provide a product or service you requested.
We do not share consumer health data with affiliates.
We do not sell consumer health data or disclose it to advertising networks for targeting or audience creation. Any legally compelled disclosure or qualifying business transfer must meet the restrictions and conditions of the applicable health-data law.

Our store uses Shopify, and Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled. As explained in our Privacy Policy, Shopify may process ordinary store interactions together with interactions with other merchants and Shopify for Enhanced Services, including personalization and advertising; this is not limited to customers who choose Shop or Shop Pay. These general disclosures do not authorize the sale of consumer health data or its use for advertising targeting or audience creation, and do not replace separate consent required for collecting or sharing consumer health data. The restrictions in this Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy apply whenever the information qualifies as consumer health data.

For Shopify’s own processing and choices, see the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and Shopify Privacy Portal. Our Your Privacy Choices page provides advertising-related opt-outs. A general advertising opt-out or cookie choice is separate from a request to withdraw health-data consent or delete health data; contact privacy@vibe-honey.com for those requests. You do not need to provide further intimate or medical details merely to make a request.

3. Access, withdrawal, and deletion

Where applicable law provides these rights, you may confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data; access the data; withdraw consent to its collection or sharing; and request deletion. You may also request a list of the third parties and affiliates that received your consumer health data and their contact details as required by the applicable law.
Email privacy@vibe-honey.com with your request. We may ask for information reasonably needed to authenticate you, but you do not need to create a new account. Do not send medical records or intimate details merely to identify your request. You can use the same email address to ask to review information we hold about you and request changes to inaccuracies. We evaluate and respond under applicable law. Where required, we notify relevant processors, affiliates, and other recipients of a deletion request and require them to act on it. Backup deletion follows the applicable statutory deadline, including Washington’s maximum six-month delay from authentication where its backup provision applies.

4. Response times and appeals

For Washington consumer health data requests, we respond without undue delay and within 45 days of receipt, with one additional 45-day extension where reasonably necessary and after notice explaining the extension. Authentication does not restart that deadline. For Nevada consumer health data requests, the general response period is 45 days after authentication, with a permitted 45-day extension after notice; Nevada deletion requests are completed within 30 days after authentication, subject to the specific exceptions allowed by law.
If we refuse a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing privacy@vibe-honey.com with “Health Data Privacy Appeal” in the subject. For Washington and Nevada health-data appeals, we respond in writing within 45 days after receiving the appeal and explain our decision. If an appeal is denied, we provide a way to complain to the relevant attorney general: Washington Attorney General or Nevada Attorney General. We apply any different or additional rights and deadlines required by another applicable health-data law.
