Privacy Policy — Vibe-Honey.com
Effective date: September 20, 2026
Last updated: October 17, 2026
Your shopping choices are personal. This Privacy Policy explains how Huanyue Wujie Intelligent Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., doing business as Vibe-Honey (“Vibe-Honey,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit
Vibe-honey.com, purchase from us, create an account, subscribe to our emails, or contact us (together, the “Services”). Our business address is Room 1-101, Zone C, No.1-17, Lane 575, Gubei East Road, Baoshan District, Shanghai, China.
The Services are intended for adults aged 18 or older who meet any higher minimum age applicable where they live. This Policy covers our retail Services. Information processed through a manufacturer’s connected device or app is covered by that provider’s privacy notice; buying a product from us does not, by itself, give us access to your activity in its app.
For privacy questions or requests, email privacy@vibe-honey.com. Our separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy is available at
Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. This Policy provides information about our practices; visiting the website or accepting this Policy does not replace any separate consent required by law.

We receive payment confirmations and fraud-related signals from payment and security providers, delivery updates from carriers and fulfillment providers, and information needed for warranty assistance you request. Someone arranging a gift or delivery for you may provide your contact and shipping details. If you provide another person’s information, ensure you have appropriate authority and let them know about this Policy.
Payment details are processed through our checkout and payment providers. The details available to us depend on the payment method and integration. Do not send full payment card numbers, security codes, government identity documents, medical records, or intimate images through ordinary email or support messages. We do not require intimate photographs or demonstrations of product use on a person to handle a product complaint.
2. How we use personal information
We use personal information to operate the store; manage accounts, purchases, payments, shipping, returns, and warranties; communicate with you; provide customer support; maintain the reliability and security of the Services; detect and investigate fraud or misuse; and meet applicable tax, accounting, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. We also use information where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Where you subscribe, we use your contact information to send our marketing emails. We use site-performance information to understand and improve the Services. Our store also uses Shopify Network Intelligence and the Enhanced Services described in Section 5, which can involve personalization and advertising based on interactions across stores and websites. These activities are subject to applicable law, required consent, your privacy choices, and the additional restrictions for sensitive information and consumer health data in Section 3.
We limit collection, use, and retention to what is reasonably necessary for the disclosed purposes. If we introduce a materially different purpose, we will provide the required notice and obtain any required consent before that processing begins.
3. Sensitive information and consumer health data
Shopping for intimate products does not necessarily reveal a particular health condition or sexual orientation. However, sexual-wellness product interactions and information you choose to share with customer support can reveal sensitive information or qualify as consumer health data under some state laws. We handle that information according to the protections that apply to it.
We use sensitive information only as permitted by applicable law for the products or services you request, account security, and other legally permitted necessary purposes. We do not use consumer health data, health-related support content, or information revealing a person’s sex life or sexual orientation to infer a diagnosis or sexual orientation, create advertising audiences, or target advertising. We do not sell consumer health data. The descriptions of general platform processing and advertising in Sections 5–7 do not authorize a use or disclosure of sensitive information that is prohibited by law or requires consent that has not been obtained. Ordinary product interactions do not automatically constitute consumer health data; the content, context, and use of the information determine the protections that apply.
Where consent is required, we obtain it before the relevant collection or processing, and separately for sharing where required. You can withdraw consent by emailing privacy@vibe-honey.com. Withdrawal may affect a feature that cannot be provided without the information, but does not authorize us to retain or use it contrary to law. Some laws prohibit particular uses even with consent.
Our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy at
Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains the relevant categories, purposes, sources, disclosures, and additional rights. Where it provides greater protection for consumer health data, it applies to that information.

We require providers acting on our behalf to protect the information and process it under appropriate contractual restrictions. Some recipients, including certain payment providers and carriers, also have independent legal responsibilities and their own privacy notices.
If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale, relevant information may be disclosed to participants and their advisers, subject to applicable law, confidentiality protections, and limits on further use. Information is not automatically exempt from privacy protections because of a business transaction. We may also disclose information at your direction, after explaining the disclosure and obtaining any required consent.
5. Shopify and other third-party services
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information when you visit, interact with, or make purchases from the store, including information about your device, browsing and searches, cart activity, purchases, transactions, and privacy preferences. When Shopify acts as our service provider, it processes information on our behalf under applicable contractual terms.
Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for our store. Shopify may use personal information from interactions with our store together with information from interactions with other merchants and with Shopify to provide Enhanced Services, including improving services, personalization, and advertising. This processing can apply when you browse or purchase without choosing Shop or Shop Pay. For processing where Shopify determines its own purposes, Shopify is responsible under its applicable privacy notices; other merchants do not thereby receive access to our customer records.
We share information with Shopify and other providers described in this Policy, which may be located outside your country, to provide services including those incorporating interactions with other merchants and Shopify. Our designated Shopify hosting location is the United States; international processing is further explained in Section 10. Shop and Shop Pay, where offered and chosen, also have their own applicable terms and privacy notices. The sensitive-information and consumer-health-data restrictions in Section 3 continue to apply.
Links to a manufacturer, social network, payment service, or other third-party website do not make that service part of Vibe-Honey. Review its privacy notice before providing information. If you submit a public review or comment, the content and display name you choose may be visible to others; avoid including private contact or intimate details.
6. Cookies, analytics, and browser signals
We and our platform providers use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep the store working, maintain a cart or session, remember preferences, and support security. Depending on the feature and your choices, these technologies may also collect information about site performance and your interactions with the Services.
Shopify Network Intelligence and associated Enhanced Services are enabled as explained in Section 5. Cookie-based analytics, personalization, marketing, and advertising-related data use are subject to applicable law and the choices available to you. An advertising opt-out and a choice about analytics or other non-essential cookies are separate controls. Necessary processing for security, checkout, payment, and fulfillment is not turned off by an advertising opt-out. Where consent is required for non-essential technologies, that processing requires the applicable consent.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting cookies. Blocking certain cookies may affect the functionality of our website, including your shopping cart and checkout.
For U.S. visitors, we treat a supported Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal as a request to opt out of using information from the associated browser or device for advertising based on activity across stores and websites. We use Shopify’s privacy tools to register these choices; where the browser or device can be associated with an account, the choice is applied as supported by those tools and required by law. Legacy “Do Not Track” is a different browser setting and is not treated as GPC. GPC does not request deletion of your account or cancellation of an order.
7. Advertising data and your choices
Shopify’s Enhanced Services may involve providing identifiers, device and online activity information, and shopping or transaction information to Shopify and its relevant service and advertising partners for personalization or advertising based on activity across stores and websites. This use is subject to your privacy choices and applicable law. The restrictions on sensitive information and consumer health data in Section 3 continue to apply. We do not knowingly make personal information of individuals under 16 available for advertising or in exchange for payment or other benefits.
We make our
Your Privacy Choices page available throughout the United States. You can use its opt-out control without creating an account; the optional account checkbox and email field can also apply the request to a related customer account. You can alternatively email privacy@vibe-honey.com or use a supported GPC signal. Shopify marks activity covered by a registered advertising-related opt-out so it is not used by Network Intelligence for advertising purposes. An opt-out does not stop processing needed to operate the store or fulfill your order, and it is separate from unsubscribing from marketing emails or requesting deletion.
Browser choices may need to be made again on a different browser or device or after clearing browser data. You may separately use the
Shopify Privacy Portal for Shopify’s own processing. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these choices. A policy change or continued use of the store does not replace consent required by law or authorize a prohibited use.
8. Email choices and everyday privacy
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each message or by contacting privacy@vibe-honey.com. Unsubscribing does not stop necessary communications about an order, payment, return, security issue, or a request you have made. We keep limited suppression information where needed to respect your choice.
Order confirmations, account pages, shipping notifications, payment records, and required customs documentation may contain business or purchase information. Any promise about discreet packaging applies to the packaging described in our shipping information; it does not mean that an order is anonymous. Consider who has access to your email, phone notifications, shared devices, and delivery address.
9. How long we keep information
We retain each category only for as long as reasonably necessary for its disclosed purpose, subject to applicable retention and deletion requirements. We use the following criteria rather than keeping all information indefinitely:
|
Information
|
Retention criteria
|
|
Account and contact details
|
While the account or customer relationship remains active and for the period needed to resolve related requests or legal obligations; after closure, information is deleted unless a specific lawful reason requires limited retention.
|
|
Orders, payments, returns, and warranties
|
For fulfillment, the applicable return/warranty period, and any mandatory tax/accounting period or relevant dispute limitation period.
|
|
Support messages and submitted material
|
Until the issue and necessary follow-up are resolved, with limited additional retention where justified by a warranty, dispute, or legal duty; unnecessary sensitive detail is removed sooner.
|
|
Device, usage, and security records
|
For the period needed to maintain sessions, investigate security events, troubleshoot, or support permitted analytics, personalization, and advertising, subject to applicable law and your choices. For Shopify cookie names and typical durations, see the Shopify Cookie Policy; it covers Shopify services generally and is not an exhaustive list of every technology used by our store or third-party apps.
|
|
Marketing choices and privacy requests
|
While needed to honor an active subscription or an opt-out, complete a request, and retain legally required evidence of compliance.
|
|
Sensitive information and consumer health data
|
Only for the permitted purpose and applicable legal period; withdrawal and deletion requests are handled under the specific rules for that information.
|
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or deidentify it in accordance with applicable law. If a legal hold requires limited retention, we restrict use to that purpose. Backup and downstream-provider deletion are handled within the deadlines that apply; keeping a backup is not a general exemption from a valid deletion request.
10. Security and international processing
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and the risks, including measures to restrict access to people and providers who need it for their work. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. We will provide notifications of a security incident where required by applicable law.
Our store’s designated Shopify data hosting location is the United States. Our authorized operations personnel in China may access and process personal information to manage orders and operate our store. Shopify and our other service providers may also store and process personal information in other countries where they operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those where you live. We apply the contractual, security, and other safeguards required by applicable law for international processing and transfers. Such processing does not waive your privacy rights or authorize a transfer prohibited by law.
11. Your U.S. privacy rights and how to exercise them
Depending on where you live, the information involved, and whether the relevant law applies to us, you may have the right to:
- Confirm whether we process your information; access it; and receive information about its categories, sources, purposes, and disclosures.
- Correct inaccurate information, request deletion, and receive a portable copy where required.
- Opt out of using your personal information for advertising based on activity across stores and websites, or certain profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
- Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive information, or give and withdraw consent where the relevant law provides these rights.
-
Obtain information about specific third-party recipients where required, and appeal a denial of your request.
To opt out of using your information for advertising based on activity across stores and websites, use
Your Privacy Choices, a supported GPC signal, or email privacy@vibe-honey.com. To make another privacy request, email privacy@vibe-honey.com. Tell us the right you wish to exercise and the email address associated with your interaction with us. Providing your state of residence helps us apply the correct rules. Do not include a password, full card number, or intimate information. You do not need to create a new account to make a request.
For requests such as access, correction, or deletion, we may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect against unauthorized disclosure. We do not subject advertising-related opt-outs to the same identity-verification requirements. Where authorized agents are permitted, we may require proof of authority and any direct verification allowed by law.
We respond within the period required by the law and type of request that applies. Consumer health data requests may have different deadlines, as explained in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
If we deny a request, we explain the reason and any appeal process available under applicable law. To appeal, reply to our decision or email privacy@vibe-honey.com with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject and identify the request. We provide the outcome within the applicable deadline and, if an appeal is denied, information about contacting the appropriate attorney general where required. The separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains Washington and Nevada health-data deadlines.
We do not discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising your privacy rights. Requests are generally free, subject only to exceptions allowed by law. Some requests are subject to legal exceptions; for example, we may need limited transaction records for a legal obligation. If deleting necessary information prevents us from providing a requested service, we will explain that consequence.
California residents may also request information about disclosures for third parties’ own direct marketing under California’s “Shine the Light” law by emailing privacy@vibe-honey.com.
12. Children and age-related information
The Services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Services. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact privacy@vibe-honey.com so that we can investigate and take appropriate steps, including deletion as required by law.
If a particular transaction or applicable law requires an age or eligibility check, we will explain the verification process and relevant data handling at the time. We limit verification information to what is necessary and do not ask you to send identity documents through ordinary customer-support email.
13. Changes and contact information
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Services, our practices, or applicable law. We will revise the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice, such as a prominent website notice or an email, when required. If a change requires consent, we will obtain it before applying that change. Continued use alone is not consent to a new sensitive-data purpose.
