Arrival damage, wrong items or missing contents: Email support@vibe-honey.com within 30 calendar days of actual receipt of the affected item or parcel; the day after receipt is day 1. For split deliveries, count separately for each affected delivery. Include your order number, issue details and product-only photos where available. We aim to provide an initial response within two business days. Hidden damage, faults discovered later, valid warranty claims and remedies under applicable law remain protected. Different rules apply to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items: we cover reasonable necessary return costs for a valid claim. Opening a hygiene seal does not, by itself, remove your rights for a defect.
Vibe-Honey store warranty: 1 year from actual receipt. New products purchased directly from us are covered for manufacturing and material defects affecting normal function.
Contact support@vibe-honey.com before attempting repairs. Do not open sealed products or work on internal batteries. Follow the manufacturer’s care instructions.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by opening or modifying the product, incorrect repairs or incompatible parts—even if the product stops working completely. Unrelated covered faults and your legal rights remain protected.
