Request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days of actual receipt. Items must be unused, with any hygiene seal intact, and include their original parts and packaging. Ordinary returns are sent to China at your expense; contact us for the return address before sending anything.
Arrival damage, wrong items or missing contents: Email support@vibe-honey.com within 30 calendar days of actual receipt of the affected item or parcel; the day after receipt is day 1. For split deliveries, count separately for each affected delivery. Include your order number, issue details and product-only photos where available. We aim to provide an initial response within two business days. Hidden damage, faults discovered later, valid warranty claims and remedies under applicable law remain protected. See arrival-issue reporting rules.
Different rules apply to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items: we cover reasonable necessary return costs for a valid claim. Opening a hygiene seal does not, by itself, remove your rights for a defect.

Contact support@vibe-honey.com before attempting repairs. Do not open sealed products or work on internal batteries. Follow the manufacturer’s care instructions.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by opening or modifying the product, incorrect repairs or incompatible parts—even if the product stops working completely. Unrelated covered faults and your legal rights remain protected.
For provider details, claim steps, exclusions and costs, read our full warranty policy. Existing orders retain any more favorable promises made at purchase. Other applicable manufacturer warranties remain separate.
Magic Candy is a 79 mm, 32 g wearable designed for external stimulation inside close-fitting underwear. Start directly from the removable button core, or connect to the Magic Motion app for more patterns and partner control.
ULTRA-COMPACT WEARABLE VIBRATOR
At 79 mm long and about 32 g, Magic Candy sits among the smallest app-controlled panty vibrators in its category. Place its curved silicone body inside close-fitting underwear for external stimulation. Start with the button, or connect to the Magic Motion app for more control modes and partner play.
LOW-PROFILE FIT
The curved silicone body sits against the external area you want to stimulate, while close-fitting underwear helps hold it in place. Adjust the position until it feels secure, then enjoy hands-free control alone or with a partner.
For external use only. Fit and sensation vary by body and underwear style.
PLAY NOW OR CONNECT
Start immediately with the control-core button. Connect to the Magic Motion app when you want finer intensity control, more patterns, or to hand control to a partner nearby or online.
Long-distance play requires Candy to stay connected by Bluetooth to a nearby phone.
REMOVABLE CONTROL CORE
Lift the black core from the silicone sleeve for magnetic charging. A full charge takes about 60 minutes and provides about 60 minutes of use under standard test conditions.
Rinse the silicone sleeve and wipe the core as directed. Dry both fully before reassembly. Do not soak or submerge the product.
SMALL IN YOUR BAG
At approximately 79 × 25 mm and 32 g, Candy takes up little room in a drawer or travel bag. You still keep both direct button control and the option to use the app.
