Request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days of actual receipt. Items must be unused, with any hygiene seal intact, and include their original parts and packaging. Ordinary returns are sent to China at your expense; contact us for the return address before sending anything.
Arrival damage, wrong items or missing contents: Email support@vibe-honey.com within 30 calendar days of actual receipt of the affected item or parcel; the day after receipt is day 1. For split deliveries, count separately for each affected delivery. Include your order number, issue details and product-only photos where available. We aim to provide an initial response within two business days. Hidden damage, faults discovered later, valid warranty claims and remedies under applicable law remain protected. See arrival-issue reporting rules.
Different rules apply to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items: we cover reasonable necessary return costs for a valid claim. Opening a hygiene seal does not, by itself, remove your rights for a defect.
Vibe-Honey store warranty: 1 year from actual receipt. New products purchased directly from us are covered for manufacturing and material defects affecting normal function.
Contact support@vibe-honey.com before attempting repairs. Do not open sealed products or work on internal batteries. Follow the manufacturer’s care instructions.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by opening or modifying the product, incorrect repairs or incompatible parts—even if the product stops working completely. Unrelated covered faults and your legal rights remain protected.
For provider details, claim steps, exclusions and costs, read our full warranty policy. Existing orders retain any more favorable promises made at purchase. Other applicable manufacturer warranties remain separate.
Magic Zenith is a cordless smart wand with a broad 70 mm head, flexible neck and intuitive handle controls. Use it phone-free, or open the Magic Motion app for more control modes and partner play.
FULL-SIZE CORDLESS SMART WAND
Magic Zenith combines a broad 70 mm head, a flexible neck and direct handle controls in one cordless wand. Start without your phone, then open the Magic Motion app when you want more control modes or partner play.
BROAD 70 MM HEAD
Zenith's rounded head spreads vibration across a broader external area than a compact bullet or wearable toy. Keep it focused in one place or glide it across other sensitive areas during solo or partner play.
FLEXIBLE CONTACT
The neck gives under pressure, helping the rounded head maintain contact as you change position. Explore different angles without forcing your wrist into one fixed hold.
CONTROL THAT FOLLOWS YOUR GRIP
Push the joystick toward the lit indicator to increase intensity and away from it to reduce. Hold the joystick for about one second to move the light to the opposite side and reverse the control direction when you turn the wand around.
APP CONTROL, OPTIONAL
Use Zenith directly for fast, phone-free control. Open the Magic Motion app when you want finer intensity changes, more control modes or to share control with a partner.
CORDLESS FREEDOM
Magnetic charging keeps cords out of the way during use. Charging takes about 120 minutes and provides more than 150 minutes of use under standard test conditions.
The IPX6 water-resistant surface can be rinsed. Do not soak or submerge Zenith, and dry the charging area before connecting the cable.
SOLO OR SHARED
Keep it simple with direct cordless control, or add app and partner control when you want a more interactive experience.
GOOD TO KNOW
No. Start, adjust intensity and change patterns from the handle. The Magic Motion app simply adds more control options and partner play.
It lets the round head give under pressure and follow different contact angles as you move.
Yes. Keep Zenith connected by Bluetooth to one nearby phone, then invite your partner through the Magic Motion app.
No. Its IPX6 water-resistant surface is suitable for rinsing, but Zenith should not be soaked or submerged. Keep the charging area dry.
